July 2012: Hard to believe I am already into July with this experiment. I have been remiss in my postings, but wanted you to know I am hanging strong with my commitment.
In March, I actually didn’t have either of my 2 desserts. But in May, I was so all about the desserts that my 2 desserts had absolutely no portion control (we’re talking a plate with a brownie, a chocolate bar, macaroon, and bowl of ice-cream). The good news about that was I ate myself ill and had new resolve for the Experiment.
