I can hardly believe I did it! The year is up and so is my “no dessert” experiment (which technically should have been named the 2-desserts a month experiment, but that name was too long).
I learned a lot. I did have one slip (which I’ll have to write about one of these days!). But 23 dessert days in 2012 is pretty awesome!
Turns out, this journey was more for me than for a “test & tell” experiment (the evidence of that is how little I wrote about the experiment). But I did take notes, so eventually I’ll share with you the key learnings.
If you are reading this because you are struggling with your own sugar cravings and/or dessert cravings, I know it’s not easy… but it’s possible to become the alpha in your relationship with those tempting sweet treats. Believe me, if I can do it, so can you!
