For this month’s full moon vitality tip, we talk about mental chatter. When we expend our energy on constant mental chatter, even if it’s not negative… for example, when we have those running lists of things we have to do… we use up a lot of energy. That energy can be better spent on the things that bring us more joy.
In this video, I share a fast technique that I call the eye rest.
This month’s challenge: if you notice you are experiencing constant mental chatter, try the eye rest and notice what happens…. often times, as our mind becomes quieter, our energy increases. Enjoy this fast and body-loving energy boost!
