This full moon Vitality Tip is about being kinder to ourselves as we climb the hills in the direction of our goals. Whenever we aim to grow or venture to do something new, it’s not often a linear path to our goals.
Whether it’s adding more greens to our meals, or eating less sugar, or moving on from a relationship that’s run it’s course… whatever it is, we build our muscles as we take the steps up (and sometimes down) the hills we need to climb in the direction of our dreams.
