How do you pronounce Hadjigeorgalis?
First of all, let’s address my 14-letter last name since it’s a question I get so often. In case you are wondering, it’s pronounced Ha-Jee-George-Alice (it’s Greek). It can look complicated until we break it down into bite-sized pieces (or as we like to refer to them here, fuel drops). To watch a short video on how to pronounce my last name, check out this post.
What is Vibrant Vitality?
Here’s what it’s not… it’s not feeling exhausted. It’s not reaching for the snooze button (or wishing you could but you don’t have time). It’s not that dreaded “life-is-a-treadmill” feeling. It’s not accidental tears of stress being held back by mighty will power.
What is Vibrant Vitality?
It’s having the energy to ENJOY our full lives rather than be weighed down by them. It’s when life feels full of possibility.
The same life can feel busy or it can feel full & vibrant….
the key is to amplify vitality and eliminate wellness blockers.
What does it mean to amplify vitality and eliminate wellness blockers?
When we are really busy, the kind of busy that makes us feel like self-care is a luxury that couldn’t possibly fit on the to-do list, we need fast (and body-loving!) solutions.
Amplifying Vitality is when we incorporate the right little habits that BOOST our ENERGY … without having everything else on our plates piling up.
Eliminating Wellness Blockers is when we let go of what drains our energy… so we have more room in our lives for the things that bring us the most joy and vitality.

What is our wellness philosophy?
Are we into Living Foods? Vegan? Paleo? Are we into Prebiotics? Probiotics? The Gut-Brain Connection? What about cardio, mobility workouts, and weight training? We often get wellness philosophy questions….
The fast answer is we are into honoring our human vehicles. And, because we are busy too — we focus on the things that are the best return on our time investment. We dive even further into the answer on this site as well as in the book and audio programs, but for now, I’d like to answer by paraphrasing Bruce Lee…

I am a writer, an advocate for women’s self-care, and I teach busy women fast, effective techniques for having abundant energy.
I am also a Strategy Consultant for businesses (mostly Fortune 500 companies), a certified personal fitness trainer, and a vitality coach for wellness-minded individuals and companies.
My own journey to Vibrant Vitality
My own journey to Vibrant Vitality started out of necessity so I could have the energy I needed to juggle (and enjoy!) all that was on my own plate.
At 32, I found myself in a position I had never expected to be in. I was getting divorced. There were a lot of pieces of my life to be picked up and put back together. It was challenging, but I had great incentive… I wanted to create an amazing life for my little ones. I needed to stay healthy so I could work and have the energy I needed to be the mother my children needed me to be. Through trial and error, I found that abundant energy is fueled by so much more than what we eat.
Over the years, I read books, took classes, attended conferences, and listened to audio courses about gut health, nutrition, physical fitness, the human mind, philosophy, emotions, Energy Medicine, and healthy energetic boundaries. I also studied living foods at the Ann Wigmore Institute in Puerto Rico.
As a single working mother, I needed to take what I was learning, and create techniques that worked around my busy schedule. I wanted to be able to fit my wellness around my work and kids (not fit my work and kids around my wellness).
When I created techniques that worked for me, I’d ask my friends and colleagues to test them too. With practice and experience, I refined my techniques and organized them into the Fuel Drop Framework, that I now teach in The Busy Woman’s Guidebook to Vibrant Vitality.
It took me many years to create this methodology, but what it has given me is the gift of enjoying my full life. I went from using sheer will and adrenaline to fuel my busy life, to reaching for my fuel drops and enjoying the journey. Transforming busy into full and vibrant makes a world of difference!!!
Now I share what I have learned through my book and speaking, so we may all learn to shine from the inside, out.
p.s The personal p.s. to this story is that I am now married to my soul partner and love of my life! And while I am no longer doing this all on my own, I still have a full life and I still reach for my fuel drops!
